콜리(Colli)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 핵심 원칙 — 기도제목·멤버 정보는 기기에만
기도제목 내용과 멤버(멤버)의 이름·정보는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 아래 ‘AI 정리’ 예외를 제외하고 서비스 서버로 전송·수집되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이 내용을 보유하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 예외(AI 정리): 기도제목 자동 정리 기능을 사용할 때에 한해, 입력한 텍스트(또는 사진·캡쳐로 넣은 경우 그 이미지)와 매칭에 필요한 멤버 이름·별칭이 정리 목적으로만 AI 처리자(Anthropic)에 일시 전송됩니다. 서버에 저장되지 않고, AI 학습에도 사용되지 않으며, 이 기능을 사용하지 않으면 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 카메라·사진 접근 (앱)
앱의 기도제목 화면에서 ‘사진에서 가져오기’를 누를 때에만 카메라 또는 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 선택한 사진 1장은 기기에서 크기를 줄인 뒤, 글자를 텍스트로 옮기는 목적으로만 일시 전송되며 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 사진 보관함에 무엇을 저장하지 않으며, 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 권한을 요청하지도, 사진이 전송되지도 않습니다. 모든 기능은 직접 입력으로도 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 서버가 수집·보유하는 정보 (계정·설정)
· 계정: 이메일 주소, 로그인 식별자(매직링크/Google/Apple) · 프로필·설정: 표시 이름, 모임 이름, 알림 설정(요일·시간·시간대·채널·수신 대상), 언어, 요금제 · 기기 푸시 구독/토큰(알림 발송용) · 이용 행태 정보(내용 아님): 앱 사용 이벤트(로그인·기능 사용 횟수 등 숫자·선택값). 기도제목 내용·멤버 이름은 포함되지 않습니다. · 다가오는 사건 날짜(알림용, 날짜만 — 내용·이름 없음) · 오류 진단 정보: 앱 오류 발생 시 오류 메시지·코드 위치(스택)·기기/OS 정보(서비스 안정화 목적). 기도제목 내용·멤버 이름은 포함하지 않습니다.
4. 수집·이용 목적
서비스 제공 및 로그인, 알림 발송, 서비스 개선(이용 행태 분석).
5. 보관 및 파기
· 기기 저장 데이터(기도제목·멤버): 이용자 기기에 저장되며, 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱/브라우저 데이터를 지우면 소멸됩니다. · 서버 데이터(계정·설정·행태): 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 즉시 파기됩니다. 앱 내 ‘계정 삭제’로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전 (하위 처리자)
서비스는 아래 사업자에 일부 처리를 위탁하며, 이들은 국외(미국 등)에 위치할 수 있습니다. · Supabase — 계정 인증·서버 데이터 저장 · Anthropic — 기도제목 자동 정리 및 사진 받아쓰기(AI) · SendGrid — 이메일 알림 발송 · Vercel — 서비스 호스팅
7. 이용자의 권리
· 열람·정정: 앱 내에서 직접 · 삭제: 앱 내 ‘계정 삭제’(서버 데이터 즉시 삭제 + 기기 데이터 삭제) · 데이터 내보내기: 설정 → 데이터·백업 → 내보내기
8. 기기 저장 데이터 주의
기도제목·멤버 정보는 이 기기에만 저장됩니다. 브라우저 데이터 삭제, 기기 분실·교체 시 소실될 수 있으므로 정기적으로 백업(내보내기)하시기 바랍니다.

1. Core principle — prayers & member info stay on your device
Prayer request content and the names/details of your group members are stored only on your device and, except for the AI-organizing feature described below, are not transmitted to or collected by our servers. The operator does not hold or read this content. Exception (AI organizing): only when you use the AI organizing feature, the text you enter (or the photo/screenshot you submit) and the member names/aliases needed for matching are sent transiently to an AI processor (Anthropic) solely to organize it. It is not stored on our servers, is not used to train AI, and nothing is sent if you do not use this feature.
2. Camera & photo access (app)
The app requests camera or photo library permission only at the moment you tap “Add from photo” on the Prayers screen. The single image you choose is resized on your device and sent transiently for text transcription only; it is not stored on our servers. Nothing is written back to your photo library, and if you never use this feature, no permission is requested and no image is sent. Every feature remains fully usable by typing instead.
3. Information collected on the server (account & settings)
· Account: email address, login identifier (magic link / Google / Apple) · Profile & settings: display name, group name, notification settings (weekday, time, timezone, channel, target), language, plan · Device push subscription/token (for notifications) · Usage information (not content): app usage events (login, feature counts, etc. — numbers/choices). Prayer content and member names are never included. · Upcoming event dates (for reminders — dates only, no content or names) · Error diagnostics: on app errors, the error message, code location (stack), and device/OS info (to fix crashes and stabilize the service). No prayer content or member names.
4. Purpose of use
Providing the service and sign-in, sending notifications, and improving the service (usage analysis).
5. Retention & deletion
· On-device data (prayers, members): stored on your device; deleted when you remove it or clear app/browser data. · Server data (account, settings, usage): permanently deleted immediately when you delete your account. Use “Delete account” in the app.
6. Sub-processors & international transfer
We use the following providers for certain processing; they may be located outside your country (e.g., the United States). · Supabase — authentication & server data storage · Anthropic — AI organizing of prayer requests and photo transcription · SendGrid — email notifications · Vercel — hosting
7. Your rights
· Access & correction: within the app · Deletion: “Delete account” in the app (server data deleted immediately + device data cleared) · Data export: Settings → Data & backup → Export
8. On-device data notice
Prayers and member info are stored only on this device. They may be lost if you clear browser data or lose/replace your device — please back up (export) regularly.
